PCRMRA Year-end Jamboree
PCRMRA is proud to host this annual year-end Jamboree Family Day weekend.
Friday, February 13 to Sunday, February 15, 2026.
Our annual Year End Jamboree is open to Fun1, Fun2 and U10 divisions and is played at:
Port Coquitlam Community Center (2150 Wilson Ave, Port Coquitlam).
As these divisions are fluid with player movement, we moved to a two-step registration process. The link to the MS Teams Registration form is below. In the first step, you will be asked for basic team details. The second step will be released in January. You will be asked for your team roster and to confirm the number of players on your team.
Registration Fee Details:

Registration Fees are due during the first step of registration.

Additional squad player fees will not be due until step two of registration.
- Registration Fee is $700 per Fun 1 and Fun 2 squads and $800 per U10 team.
- Fun 1 & Fun 2 - 12 participants per squad; additional players on a squad will be an additional $25 per player to a maximum of 18 players and a maximum $800 squad fee.

Registration is not complete until fees and paperwork have been received.

- E-Transfers must include the Association name, division, and the team contact person’s name and contact number.
Scheduling:
Teams can be scheduled to play at ANY time during the dates of the Jamboree. Please make sure your players/goalies are available before you register. Be prepared to play on Friday. Requests for scheduling accommodation should be made only in extreme circumstances and will be considered at the sole discretion of the Jamboree Coordinator.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. As the kids are all young, we have lots of fun activities planned for them. Each team will get a Pizza Party & on Saturday, we will have an Activity Room with games, poster-making, and more!
Jamboree Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be made in writing by email to tournament@pcrmringette.ca.
- There will be a full refund if your team is not accepted into the Jamboree.
- Before December 12, 2025 - A full refund less a non-refundable administration fee of $30.
- Before January 11, 2025 - 50% refund, less a non-refundable administration fee of $30.

There will be no refund if your team withdraws from the tournament on or after January 12, 2026.

The additional player fees for Fun 1 and Fun 2 are not subject to a refund.
Important dates:

January 2, 2026: step-2 registration opens

January 11, 2026: step-2 registration closes

14 days prior to the Jamboree - U10 Team Adjustment Form or Staff Adjustment Form.

Any changes to your U10 team roster (including player pickup requests and staff changes) must be submitted to Ringette BC (RBC) using their online Team Adjustment form or Staff Adjustment Form. As this is an RBC-sanctioned tournament, RBC must approve these changes for your adjusted roster to play in the jamboree. Should your team make any unapproved (RBC) changes to the roster during the jamboree, it may result in your team FORFEITING that game, regardless of the game's outcome.

Following your registration:
The MS Teams form will include the option to receive an auto-generated copy of your registration and a thank-you message after submission. You will receive further confirmation via email once all registrations for each division have been processed, indicating whether you have been accepted into the Jamboree.
